This is our intention.

It has never been our intent to claim sole ownership of this site, our site is the Metallica Club's site, the band's site, every member of Inter Sandman's and every fan's. Though without the Metallica Club and the band none of this is possible.

Our site, it's images, pictures, logos, news features, lyrics, timeline, FAQ's, quotes, and etc are as much part of the Club as Inter Sandman is a chapter. We profusely thank the Metallica Club, and Metallica for extensive use of their work. We all know that on the Web, people see cool stuff and want to use it on their own web site. Many of the images you'll see here were custom designed for the Inter Sandman site other information, images and things we claim as IS exclusives, we claim ownership on these custom images and designs and text written exclusively for this site, we ask that you please respect these wishes and not copy them anywhere else. We do want to follow the spirit of Metallica and the Met Club by sharing.

But since a lot of hard work goes into the site, we ask that if you use the something from IS somewhere, please include a line of credit as follows, and a link to the Inter Sandman site. Something along the lines of: "Image/Story/Info courtesy of Inter Sandman, the First Online Chapter of the Metallica Club" The URL of the site is http://www.intersandman.com We appreciate giving credit where it's due...
